IN THE GOOD OLD SUMMER TIME

R & R time is here! So the Geezer is going to spend some time Fishing in the foggy foggy dew. For those of you addicted to Canadian Culture and The Geezer, my doctor has suggested that we try to prevent any withdrawal pains that could spoil your summer holidays.

Dr. Steve has mixed up a potion that will ease you through the summer crises of Geezer fever. You must follow the prescription exactly or you'll come down with Hoof and Mouth disease or the Blind Staggers. Women have been known to be afflicted with the Wild Vapors when they do not get their shot of Canadian Culture on a weekly basis. So be good patients and follow the Dr.'s orders and swallow the medicine every Wednesday without fail.

10 July. Take a walloping table spoon of "Hey Brother can you spare a Dime" 17 July. Warm your buns with "Have you met my Anthracite" 24 July. Sing and weep along with Newfie June and all the other Downhomers 31 July. Guess how old this Geezer is? From Petie Brown. 7 August. A blast of Irish mist by Elish the real Canadian Leprechaun 14 August. A medical warning from Griff. 10-4 Good Buddy 21 August. Cancel all previous Meds ~ Dangerous Dave needs a shot of the new Geezer brew. I'll have the Whiskey Still just a-perking and we'll have a wicked jug of Mountain Dew in the barrel! Grab a Mason jar of Moonshine, sit a spell and enjoy your self, but get the kids ready for school 'cause if you and I live through the summer I'll have a yarn or two to spin.
