this newsletter.

is making a difference through the introduction of issues and the sharing of ideas. You can help by forwarding

To begin our new year:
We have initialized our Add url~Reciprocate program. Help make our country better by getting your website added to our directory. Its free!
We are also working hard to bring more online resources. We have free web graphics utilities, chat room, TV Radio Network, online submissions to top search engines, News, Weather, Horoscopes, Daily Comics, and more.
As founder of the Canadian Culture website, I have had the honour to do my best for what many consider
to be the greatest country in the World - eh!

End of Canada?
Measures to expand free trade will inevitably lead to the end of first our dollar -- and then our sovereignty

Free trade, the issue that dominated Canadian politics during the past two decades, was remarkably absent in the recent election campaign, which concentrated on dinosaurs, Quebec resort hotels and Doris Day.
At the dawn of a new year, we are faced with historic trade initiatives that may detonate an economic revolution significantly affecting the three national entities that share this continent -- none more profoundly than Canada. (The Americans possess so much disposable clout that their autonomy is assured; the Mexicans have the advantage of a distinctive culture.)
The unusual confluence of the continent's trio of newly elected political leaders assuming power within a few months of each other may be an accident of history. But their agendas, hidden and otherwise, threaten this country's future in dramatic ways, and are bound to turn the trade issue into one of the major political debates of 2001.
